How the sponsorship calculator works

Sponsorship pricing is driven by three variables: your average views per video, your niche's CPM (cost per thousand views), and the type of integration you're selling. The calculator combines all three. Finance and technology niches command the highest CPMs ($30–$80), lifestyle and beauty sit in the middle ($15–$35), while gaming and entertainment sit lower ($10–$25). A dedicated video typically pays 2× a 30-60 second mid-roll read, and a full integration commands a premium over both. Use the calculator to translate your channel's real numbers into a defensible rate range before you reply to a brand's outreach.

What the media kit generator includes

A media kit is the one-page PDF creators attach to sponsor emails so brands can size up a channel in ten seconds. The GetSponsored generator pulls your public channel stats (subscribers, average views, upload cadence) and combines them with the niche, bio, and rate range you provide. The output is a clean, printable PDF you can send from Gmail, upload to a pitch platform, or link from your channel page. There's no watermark, no forced branding, and nothing to install.

Why we built these

Both tools run on the same dataset that powers the full GetSponsored platform — 240,000+ tracked sponsorships across 10,000+ brands and niche-specific CPM benchmarks pulled from real deals, not surveys. Most creators either undercharge (because they've never seen the market rate for their size) or overshoot (because they copied a number from a big channel's rate card). The calculator and media kit are free because we'd rather you go into your first negotiation with real numbers than lose a $2,000 deal over a lowball reply.

Keep exploring

After you've priced your rate and built your kit, see who's paying: browse the full sponsor directory, focus on brands that sponsor small YouTubers under 100K subs, or dig into the channel directory to see which sponsors are already active on channels like yours. For aggregate market data, read the YouTube sponsorship statistics report.
